Field & Union
Our field teams are the backbone of R.F. Knox, bringing skill, experience, and craftsmanship to projects across the Southeast every single day. We’re committed to creating an environment where hardworking people can learn, grow, stay safe, and take pride in building work that lasts. R.F. Knox works closely with the local sheet metal workers union to hire skilled union talent for many of our projects across the Southeast. Applicants interested in union field positions must be affiliated with, or eligible to work through, SMART Local 85, which helps provide highly trained professionals committed to quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety.
